Panels and Powers 2.0!

Hello Champions! We at Chance Encounters have been playtesting Panels and Powers for two years now, and we've made some pretty big updates along the way (which you can see unfold on First City over on our YouTube channel). Though a great game is never finished, we feel that it's about dang time to compile all those updates so you at home can have a smoother, more satisfying, more heroic game than ever before. So here it is!

Updates include:

-New hit point system

-Updated level-up system

-Updated combat mechanics
